Senator Leman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                      
HOUSE BILL NO. 10(L&C) An Act requiring mediation in a civil                   
action against an architect, engineer, or land surveyor; amending              
Rule 100, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure.   Without objection, the            
bill was referred to the Judiciary Committee.
